Rehab Access was established in 1999 as an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics. It has since then branched out into two state of the art clinics with specialty areas to include aquatic rehab, prosthetic training, industrial rehab, home health, trigger point dry needling, Graston technique, spine care, sports rehab and more.
In 2001, Rehab Access opened their fitness center in the Belle Chasse clinic in order to incorporate wellness as part of their specialty. Out of a growing need for a medically designed weight loss program to combat obesity and metabolic syndrome, Rehab Access Fitness Center became an independent authorized center for the Ideal Protein weight loss method in November of 2012.
There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
